Refund and Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We DO NOT offer returns, original payment refunds, or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guides or product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our “No Return” policy is if an item arrives damaged or is defective due to a manufacturing error.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at lhanson@hansonbeverage.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Hanson Beverage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
