What is included in the 30-day free trial?

You will receive a cooler and 20 gallons of water free for 30 days. Near the end of the 30-day trial, a customer service representative will contact you and ask if you want to continue the service. If you agree to continue, you will be billed for your bottle deposits at that time, and you will be placed on a two- or four-week delivery cycle.

How much water should I order?

For each adult in the house or office, one 5-gallon bottle per month is about average. Children usually go through half a 5-gallon bottle every month — so, for a family of four, 3 bottles a month is a typical order.

What if I need to change my order?

Just let your route salesperson know, call customer service or contact us online at least 24 hours before your next delivery.

What if I’m not home when water is delivered?

No problem! Just leave out your empty bottles for pickup.

What if I’ll be away on vacation on my scheduled delivery date?

Simply contact customer service and we’ll hold service until you return.

When is my water going to be delivered?

We print your upcoming delivery days on your statement and delivery invoice, you may also call the office and they will mail a delivery calendar to you. If all else fails, you can always check your account on our website and find everything you need to know.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Certainly. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Contact customer service and we will arrange for automatic monthly bill payment, or you can set it up to charge your balance every month to your card or checking account right from our website.

Will cold weather freeze the bottles?

It takes several hours, even in the coldest conditions, for the water to freeze solid enough to break the bottle. If freezing does occur, simply place the bottle in a shower or bathtub and allow it to thaw in case it has been damaged and leaks.

What actions should I take before placing a bottle on the cooler?

You should store your bottles in a cool, clean place, away from direct sunlight. Never use the bottles for storing any other liquids. When it’s time to place a bottle on your cooler, simply wipe the top and neck of the bottle prior to placing it on the cooler.

How often should the cooler be cleaned and cared for?

This varies slightly depending upon the cooler’s operating environment, but as a general rule we recommend regular cooler cleanings on a semi-annual basis. This ensures optimum quality and performance of the cooler. If you are unsure, ask your route salesperson or call customer service for cooler cleaning instructions. We are also offering a spring-cleaning service — for $25 we will clean and sanitize the inside of your cooler with an ozone purifier and then scrub the outside.

Can I also order the single-serving bottles for delivery?

Fabulous idea! All of our products are available for delivery. Contact customer service for per-case pricing.

When will I be billed for my deliveries?

Your route salesperson will bill you at the time of delivery. You will also receive a monthly statement in the mail showing a history of your account and a charge for the cooler rental at that time. You may pay off of the delivery slips or wait until you receive the monthly statement in the mail.

What is reverse osmosis?

It’s a filtration process designed to remove dissolved particles and contaminants from your water. First, water passes through carbon and sediment filters to remove as many large particles as possible. Then, applied pressure forces water through a semi-permeable membrane that removes any remaining contaminants that weren’t caught by the initial filtration. Reverse osmosis is one of the most thorough purifying techniques available and leaves you with outstandingly pure water.

Do you only offer reverse osmosis water?

No. While we are partial to the taste of reverse osmosis water, we realize that not everyone has the same tastes. We offer Crystal Mountain Spring Water, distilled water and Mountain Valley Spring Water.

Do you offer any promotions for current customers?
