What is included in the 30-day free trial?
You’ll receive a water cooler and 20 gallons of water free for 30 days. Toward the end of the trial, a customer service representative will contact you to see if you’d like to continue service. If you continue, you’ll be billed for bottle deposits and placed on a regular delivery schedule (every 2 or 4 weeks).
How much water should I order?
A good rule of thumb is:
- Adults: 1 five-gallon bottle per month
- Children: about half a bottle per month
For example, a family of four typically uses about 3 bottles per month.
What if I need to change my order?
No problem! Just:
- Contact your route salesperson
- Call customer service
- Or reach out online
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your next delivery.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
That’s okay! Simply leave your empty bottles out, and we’ll handle the exchange.
What if I’ll be away on vacation?
Just contact customer service, and we’ll pause your deliveries until you return.
When will my water be delivered?
Your delivery dates are listed on your invoice and monthly statement. You can also:

Will cold weather freeze the bottles?
It takes several hours in extreme cold for bottles to freeze solid enough to cause damage. If freezing does occur, place the bottle in a bathtub or shower to thaw safely.
How should I store and handle water bottles?
- Store bottles in a cool, clean area away from sunlight
- Never use bottles for anything other than water
- Wipe the top and neck before placing on the cooler
How often should I clean my cooler?
We recommend cleaning your cooler twice per year to maintain quality and performance.
We also offer a professional cleaning service for $25, which includes:
- Interior sanitizing with ozone
- Exterior cleaning
Do you offer single-serving bottles?
Yes! All of our products, including single-serving bottles, are available for delivery. Contact us for pricing.
When will I be billed?
- You’ll be billed at the time of delivery by your route salesperson
- You’ll also receive a monthly statement showing account history and cooler rental charges
What is reverse osmosis water?
Reverse osmosis is a purification process that removes contaminants by forcing water through a semi-permeable membrane after initial filtration. It’s one of the most effective ways to produce clean, high-quality drinking water.
Do you only offer reverse osmosis water?
No. We offer a variety of options, including:
